Shipping & Returns
We want to provide you with the best experience possible, so we take customer satisfaction very seriously. If you are unsatisfied with your product selection for any reason, an exchange or return may be made within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. Products and their containers must be in the condition in which they were received; have not been lit, scratched, labels removed, and in original packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, we will happily refund or replace the item as quickly as possible.

We hope that you'll be thrilled with your candles when they arrive but if anything isn't right we are here to help. Contact us on for assistance and we'll get back to you promptly.
We take every care to ensure your candles are properly protected during transit but appreciate that very occasionally damages may occur. We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 7 days of delivery. We sadly cannot refund or replace candles that have been used.
You are welcome to exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the delivery cost on all returned items.
If your package arrives damaged you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us for further details.
All orders are shipped out of our studio in Kentville, Nova Scotia. We offer free shipping for all orders located in Canada above $125.00 (before taxes.)
Orders below $125 ship at a flat rate of $14.90.
We process orders within 1-3 business days. Shipping times are between 1-5 business days in Canada.
Yes! We offer a pick-up option from our studio (42 Southview Ave, Kentville) Just choose the "Pick-Up" option at checkout.
Once your order is ready for pick up, you will receive an email confirmation with the details as to how and when to pick up your package.
Our pick-up hours are Monday to Friday from 9am - 6pm. Just ring the doorbell, but if we’re not in the studio, we’ll have your package in a tote at the front entrance. Contact us if you need to pick up over the weekend.
We are pleased to offer delivery in the HRM for a $6 dollar flat fee (applied at the checkout online). Our delivery service is provided only once a month, and the date is posted at the checkout. Packages will be left on your doorstep, unless you specify otherwise.
Yes! We offer a flat fee shipping rate of $14.90 USD to the United States, and free shipping on orders over $125. Please note that duties + taxes are not included.
