Production Coordinator

Term: Full-Time Permanent (35 hours/week)

Location: Our Home Studio in Kentville, NS

Pay: $18/hour

Start Date: ASAP

We’re a small, family-run candle company pouring heart and soul into everything we make. From our cozy home studio in Kentville, we create hand-poured candles that bring warmth and light to homes across Canada. We’re looking for someone who’s as passionate about craftsmanship as we are to lead our production process and help us grow!

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all steps of candle production: pouring, labeling, packaging, and inventory.
• Pack and process orders for our amazing customers with care and attention to detail.
• Manage inventory levels and communicate supply needs.
• Set production goals and keep us on schedule, especially during busy seasons.
• Support and lead our small team with a collaborative, hands-on approach.
• Keep our home studio organized and tidy (wax spills happen—we clean them up together!).

• You’re a multitasking pro who thrives on checking things off your to-do list.
• You’re a team player who’s ready to roll up your sleeves.
• You’re willing to learn and adapt in a creative, dynamic environment.
• You’re comfortable lifting up to 45 lbs (we’re serious—wax is heavy!).
• You don’t mind being on your feet for long periods.
